Article 1: General Provisions
1.1. These general terms and conditions constitute the entirety of the commitments between the parties. The Client unreservedly acknowledges all the terms set out in these general sales conditions. IKBAL undertakes to fulfill its role as a supplier under these provisions.
Article 2: Purpose
2.1. These general conditions aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties during the online sale of goods and services offered by IKBAL to the Client, from order to delivery, including payment and the use of services provided by the said company.
Article 3: Scope

Article 4: Order
4.1. Capacity to Contract
Any Client of IKBAL declares having the full legal capacity to engage according to these general sales conditions. The company reserves the right to cancel any order in case of an ongoing dispute with a Client, particularly related to the payment of a previous order.
4.2. Acceptance of Conditions by the Client

4.3. Order Process

Article 5: Product Information

5.2. Product Availability
IKBAL only guarantees the fulfillment of orders within the limits of available stocks. In the event of the unavailability of an ordered product, IKBAL commits to promptly inform the Client. The assortment of products may change on the site https://alplinehome.com/, with variations in availability depending on sales. Despite regular updates, IKBAL cannot guarantee perfect correspondence between the displayed stocks and reality. If an ordered product is unavailable from its suppliers, IKBAL will inform the Client of the delay or unavailability, offering a prompt and full refund within a maximum period of fourteen days. No compensation other than a full refund of the order may be claimed, except if the non-performance of the contract is attributable to IKBAL. Article 6: Pricing

6.2. VAT and Other Taxes
Prices include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the product prices sold on the website https://alplinehome.com/. However, once the order is placed, the agreed prices cannot be modified. Additionally, any creation or modification of taxes or contributions, including environmental ones, will result in a possible adjustment of the sales prices of products on IKBAL’s website.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal and Returns
7.1. Standard Products
According to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the receipt of their order. To exercise this right, the Client must return the new, unused products in their original packaging along with the purchase invoice to the address indicated by IKBAL.
Following Article L. 121-20-1 of the Consumer Code, IKBAL fully refunds the amount paid, including delivery charges, while the return costs remain the Client's responsibility.
Products must be returned in their new condition, with all accessories and original packaging, or adequately protected in case of failure to use the initial packaging. Any damaged product will not be refunded. The refund will be made by check or bank transfer within a maximum of 30 days after the parcel is received by IKBAL.
7.2. Custom Products and Orders
Under Article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the Client cannot withdraw after placing an order for custom products made according to their specifications and personalized. The right of withdrawal does not apply to these sales according to the law.
IKBAL reserves the right to cancel an order after verifying the feasibility and consistency based on the price and item chosen.
7.3. Discounted Products
Following Article L 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the Client cannot exercise their right of withdrawal for discounted products. Discounted products are neither returned nor exchanged.
Article 8: Payment Procedure
8.1. Payment Methods
Full payment must be made when placing the order. The amounts paid are not deposits or advance payments. Accepted payment methods are as follows: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, or PayPal. The Client must provide the required information during online payment, including the bank card number, expiration date, and the security code on the back of the card. The Client guarantees IKBAL that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. IKBAL reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in case of non-payment, ongoing dispute, payment incident, fraud, or attempted fraud on the website https://alplinehome.com/. The company may request supporting documents to validate an order, and if these documents are not received within 15 days after the order, they will be automatically canceled. Article 9: Delivery
9.1. Delivery Areas
IKBAL delivers to the following countries in the European Union: France and Monaco, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands), Italy, United Kingdom, Austria, Hungary, Portugal, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden (except areas requiring tax-free sales, such as DOM/TOM).
9.2. Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client when placing the order. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to IKBAL. The company is not responsible for entry errors resulting in delays or delivery errors. In case of re-shipment, all costs are borne by the Client. Delays due to third parties or force majeure are not the responsibility of IKBAL.
9.3. Delivery Methods
- Colissimo: Delivery within 48 hours in mainland France and Monaco, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Delivery to the mailbox or a delivery notice for collection at the Post Office.
- Colissimo International: Delivery between 3 to 8 working days for some European countries, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery against signature.
- DPD: Delivery within 72 hours in Europe, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- In-store delivery: Free delivery to certain stores in mainland France.
9.4. Delivery Times
Order preparation takes two working days after online confirmation on https://alplinehome.com/. The Customer receives a shipping email, and delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier:
- Colissimo: 3 business days for mainland France.
- DPD: 3 to 5 working days.
- Colissimo International: 3 to 8 business days depending on the country, excluding public holidays.

If there is a delay of more than 14 days compared to the scheduled date, and excluding force majeure, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a refund.
9.5. Packaging

9.6. Customer Responsibility upon Receipt of Packages
The Customer must inspect the packages upon receipt and report any anomalies to IKBAL within three working days. Failure to notify implies acceptance of the product.
9.7. Delivery Delays Related to the Carrier
In case of delay, the Customer should first check with the carrier and then contact Customer Service to open a dispute or parcel search file. If the loss is confirmed, the refund will be made within 60 working days following the scheduled delivery date.
Article 10: Delivery
10.1. Accessibility
The Customer must specify accessibility when scheduling the delivery:
- Accessibility for the carrier (pedestrian street, paths, etc.)
10.2. Delivery Conditions
Products are delivered to the address specified by the Customer when placing the order.
Delivery takes place at the location and on the date agreed upon with the carrier. If it is impossible to receive the products on the agreed date, the Customer must request a new delivery from customer service. IKBAL undertakes to make this new delivery as soon as possible. Delivery times are indicative, and exceeding them does not entitle the Customer to any compensation or order cancellation. If the delivery time is inconvenient, a new appointment will be scheduled without prejudice.
10.3. Receipt
The delivery note signed by the Customer constitutes proof of delivery.
In case of damage, shock, or total or partial loss, the Customer must note specific reservations before signing the delivery note. They have 24 hours to inform customer service by email or phone of any mentioned issues.
After unpacking, the Customer has 48 hours to report any apparent problems to customer service. After this period, the products will be considered compliant, and any exchange will be at the Customer's expense. The Customer must provide photos to prove the reported issues.
In case of confirmed non-conformity, IKBAL undertakes to replace the non-compliant products. No compensation can be claimed. It is specified that color variations are part of the product's identity and do not constitute grounds for exchange or refund.
10.4. Force Majeure
Neither party can be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill their obligations in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, armed conflicts, transportation disruptions, government orders, or other events beyond their control.
Article 11: Right of Withdrawal and Return
The Customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without any particular reason or additional fees, following legal provisions.
This period begins:
- The day the Customer or a designated third party takes physical possession of the product.
- (For orders of several products delivered separately) The day of receipt of the last product.
- (For orders with several lots or pieces) The day of receipt of the last lot or piece.
If this period expires on a public holiday or weekend, it is extended to the next working day.
The withdrawal is made by informing IKBAL of the decision by postal mail or email to alplinehome@hotmail.com, using the provided withdrawal form or any clear statement expressing this intention. In case of email notification, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent promptly.
The Customer must prove that they have exercised this right.
11.1. Terms
- For mainland France:
Returns are free. They are declared in the customer area on the website. An email with the Colissimo return label is sent to the Customer for printing. It must be affixed to the return package and kept as proof of deposit. - Outside mainland France:
It is recommended to return products via Colissimo with a recommendation or additional insurance for the market value to ensure compensation in case of theft or loss. Returns are at the Customer's risk, who must keep all proof of shipment.
IKBAL checks the compliance of returned items before any refund (see conditions below).
11.2. Condition of Products
Products must be returned in their original condition with all elements (product label, accessories, cover, etc.). They must be intact, clean, unused, undamaged, and undeteriorated. Any altered product will not be refunded.
11.3. Refund of Returns
IKBAL refunds the Customer within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal request. However, the refund may be delayed until the products are recovered or proof of their shipment is provided, whichever is sooner. If the Customer wishes to keep the amount as a credit on their IKBAL account for a future order, they must inform customer service during the return process. Initial shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
If a discount voucher is used, its value will be deducted from the credit or refund, proportional to the amount of the ordered items.
Article 12: Warranties
The provisions here do not restrict the seller's mandatory legal warranty regarding hidden defects in the sold item. This warranty applies after full payment of the order. IKBAL is not the producer of the products presented on the site and disclaims any liability for damages caused by a product defect. The company reminds us that its products and services do not replace adult supervision. IKBAL is not responsible for the Client's failure to comply with local laws regarding the use or import of products or services.
Article 13: Liability
The products comply with French legislation, and IKBAL's liability cannot be engaged for non-compliance with foreign laws. Article 18: Duration and Application
These conditions are valid for the entire period during which IKBAL's services are offered. The company reserves the right to adapt or modify these conditions at any time. The conditions applicable to an order are those accepted by the Customer when placing that order.
Article 19: Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law. Any sales contract concluded on the site is also governed by French law.
For any complaint related to a sale on the site, the Customer must address it in writing to the IKBAL company. In case of dispute, the competent court will be designated according to the rules of jurisdiction provided by French law.
Return Policy
Regarding the shipment of your package
Your package is usually shipped within 48 hours after payment is received. Standard shipping is done via services such as Colissimo, DPD, or Chronopost, without requiring a signature upon receipt. If you prefer delivery with a signature, additional fees apply; please contact us for this purpose. Regardless of the selected shipping method, we will provide an online tracking link to follow the delivery of your package as soon as possible.
Regarding shipping costs
The fees include packaging, handling, and postal costs. They consist of a fixed part and a variable part, depending on the amount or weight of your order. It is recommended to group your purchases into a single order to optimize these fees. Please note that we cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one.
